၂၀၁၀ ခုနှစ် က စ ပြီး ဝါသနာ အရ ကိုယ်တိုင် လုပ် ခဲ့ တဲ့ Web Page ပါ။ Ipage ဆို တဲ့ Web tool က စ Weebly ဆို တဲ့ နာမည် ပြောင်းသွား ပါ တယ်။ နောက်ဆုံး Square က လက်ရှိ Web Developing Tool ပါ။ နှစ် ကာလ အရ စားသောက်ကုန် တွေ နဲ့ ပတ်သက် ပြီး ထုတ်လုပ်ရေး ဖြန့်ဖြူးရေး Import Export စ တဲ့ အလုပ် တွေ မှာ Web Page က လဲ ပြောင်း လဲ နေ တာ ပါ။ အခု Sushi and Food Development ကို လုပ် တာ ၂၀၂၂ က စ တာ မို့ ၄နှစ် ဘဲ ရှိ ပါ သေး တယ်။ စူရှီ လိပ်သား ဘဝ က နေ စူရှီ ကုမ္ပဏီ ထောင် ခဲ့ တယ်။ စူရှီ ကုမ္ပဏီ ပိုင်ရှင် ဘဝ နဲ့ နေရာပေါင်း များစွာ မှာ ဦးဆောင် မှု ဖြင့် နှစ် ပေါင်း များ စွာ ဖြစ် သန်း ခဲ့ တယ်။ အစား အသောက် သင်တန်း တွေ အများ ကြီး တက် ခဲ့ ပါ တယ်။ ၂၀၁၄ လောက် က စ ပြီး စူရှီ ကို အစစ် အဆေး တွေ အရမ်း များ လာ တာ ကြောင့် အခြား အချက် အပြုတ် ပါ တဲ့ အစားအသောက် လိုင်း ကို လေ့လာ ခဲ့ ပါ တယ်။ ၂၀၁၂ က စ ပြီး အချက် အပြုတ် ပါ တဲ့ စား သောက်ကုန် စက်ရုံ ကြီး အချို့ မှာ ဆရာ ကောင်း တွေ နဲ့ Quality အပိုင်း ကို စနစ် တကျ လက်တွေ့ အများ ကြီး သင်ယူ လေ့လာ ခဲ့ ပါ တယ်။ စားသောက်ကုန် ထုတ်လုပ် ရေး အလုပ်ရုံ ကြီး တွေ မှာ Quality Compliance ဌာန မှာ ဦးဆောင် ပြီး Document တွေ ဆွဲ ပေး ခဲ့ တယ်။ ဝင်ရောက် လုပ်ကိုင် ခဲ့ တယ်။

This is a web page that I have been making as a hobby since 2010. The name of the web tool that time was Ipage and it has changed to Weebly. Finally, Square is the current web developing tool. Over the years, the web page has changed in terms of production, distribution, import and export of food products.
I started a sushi company from a regular sushi chef from scratch in 1998. I had been a sushi company owner and leader in many places for many years until 2018. I built a FDA approved sushi commercial kitchen gave me a lot of knowledge, skill, experience. I have attended many food courses since then. In 2012, there had been a lot of interest in food & drink manufacturing, food & drink distribution other than sushi production, so I have studied other food lines including cooking, manufacturing, and distribution.
Since 2012, I have been systematically learning and practicing the quality section with good teachers in some large food factories. I have led the Quality Compliance Department in large food production factories and drawn up documents. In 2018, I had stopped my own sushi manufacturing, processing business.
I have been working. With these experiences, I am now effectively helping many self-employed people interested in Sushi and Food Development since 2022.
I started Sushi and Food Development business in 2022, so it's only been 4 years. And I have clients from over 40 States in a few years.
